1.Cinnamon and Honey Mixture
Consume the mixture of cinnamon and honey twice everyday—Once before going to bed and each morning on an empty stomach. This mixture will block the accumulation of fats in the body. Regularly consuming this mixture will cause weight loss even if you are overweight.
Prepare this late in the evening.
-Boil 200 ml of water.
-Put a half of a cinnamon bag into a cup and pour the boiled water in it.
-Cover the cup for half an hour.
-When the boiled water with cinnamon in it cools down add 1 tablespoon of honey in it.
-Drink half of this mixture before you go to bed at night, and store the rest in the fridge. Before eating or drinking anything, finish off the other half when you wake up. Do not alter the recipe in any way. Do not drink it any other time, as it is only effective on an empty stomach. This will work for anyone.
